Conscious Breathwork

Breathwork is a powerful healing modality, accessible to everyone. While there are many different types of breathwork, Conscious Breathwork hails from the Rebirthing lineage. This transformative practice offers many physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits. With Conscious Breathwork, one is able to access altered states of consciousness where healing, integration, and shifts can occur. We all carry various traumas, stories, habits, and patterns that no longer serve us. This practice allows you to move through any blocks whether conscious or unconscious and reconnect to self. Clarity, peace, calm, and deep insights await. I will guide and support you through the specific pattern of breath, attaining that non ordinary state of consciousness which will allow you to explore your edges. At a very minimum, you will feel deep relaxation and stress relief for the days to follow.
